Next to the prestigious golfclub ‘The Dutch’ Spica Staete Mansion arose. Spica Staete is inspired by the Robie House of the world famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The building is designed by EGM architects.

The mansion contains six luxurious apartments, six guest rooms and a staff residence.

For the bathrooms and toilet areas the Blend model is used. All models are custom-size and fully made of Himacs.
